FAQ
Do you shoot on location or at home?
I shoot both on locations whether is be forest, gardens or my favourite, the BEACH!
How many photos will we receive?
You'll receive a full gallery of professionally edited images, delivered in both colour & black & white via a password-protected online gallery.
I don't cap the number of images you receive - instead, I deliver all the best moments from your session, carefully culled & edited so you have a beautiful variety to choose from.
Your gallery will be ready within 1-2 weeks depending on my current editing schedule.
For MINI family session, the gallery includes 20 edited images. If you are after a larger variety of images & more flexibility during the session, I highly recommend booking a FULL session.
Can I get a USB too?
Yes, you absolutely can!
USBs are available for an additional $25 & will be posted directly to you once your gallery is delivered.
What time of day do you shoot?
For a newborn session at your home, mornings are ideal - they're calm, relaxed & work beautiful around baby's natural rhythms.
For outdoor sessions, I recommend shooting during golden hour, when the light is soft & warm. The typically falls between 4:00pm - 5:30pm, depending on the time of year.
Do you have a client wardrobe we can access?
Unfortunately not, perhaps one day!
Is there a travel fee?
There is a small travel fee for sessions located more than 50kms from where I'm based - NOOSA/POMONA.
Any applicable travel fees will always be discussed & confirmed with you prior booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. If need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I'm always happy to accommodate where is possible. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Your non-refundable retainer can be transferred to new date, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend the session can result in the retainer being forfeited.
